國健署是自101年9月起建置孕產婦免付費關懷專線0800-870-870，由專業人員親切解答民眾疑問，上路近6年來，每年約接獲1萬5千至1萬9千通的來電數。

統計顯示，去年以來諮詢專線最常接到的前3大熱門議題分別是：「餵母奶可以吃藥、喝咖啡、喝酒嗎？」、「母乳寶寶排便多正常嗎？幾天沒排便正常？便便的顏色？」及「懷孕了還在哺乳會影響胎兒嗎？」。

究竟餵母奶時可不可以喝酒？國健署引用美國兒科醫學會建議每天每公斤不超過0.5公克純酒精，因此，媽咪吃飯時喝一瓶350cc罐裝啤酒（相當於純酒精12至14公克），對嬰兒沒有什麼影響，只要不是喝完馬上餵奶或擠乳，等2到2.5小時後餵奶即可減少嬰兒的酒精攝取量。

但要留心的是，如果喝完酒太快就餵奶，可能暫時性的影響嬰兒行為，讓寶寶較煩躁，吸吮奶量稍微減少。且過量的飲酒，如每周飲酒量超過7罐裝啤酒，或者在每次喝酒場合的飲酒量超過3罐裝啤酒，則可能會造成嬰兒成長問題，並影響母親奶水分泌。

另外，一般常用的藥物分泌到乳汁的量很少，不容易對寶寶造成影響，國健署建議哺乳媽咪就醫時可以和醫師或藥師討論，選擇合適的藥物；而咖啡中的咖啡因可能排至母乳中，使寶寶煩躁，媽媽一天攝取量不要超過750毫克，相當於5杯（1杯150毫克）咖啡。

國健署婦幼健康組簡任技正陳麗娟表示，由來電可以看出，媽媽們普遍都對哺育母乳存有不少疑問，除了免付費關懷專線，國健署也藉由母嬰親善醫院認證針對醫護人員相關哺乳技巧及知識進行提升，讓懷孕最先接觸到醫護的媽媽們可以在第一線、第一時間解除疑惑。

至於母乳寶寶排便問題，國健署解答指出，母乳寶寶解的大便可能較稀、次數一天多次，3個禮拜大以後可能2至3天甚至1至2周才解1次，只要糞便柔軟就算正常；寶寶的糞便依個人體質不同而定，只要排便順暢，無解便困難，體重正常增加即是正常，大便呈現黃色或綠色為正常顏色，如果呈現淡黃色或灰白色，為不正常顏色，此時應懷疑是否有膽道閉鎖或肝內膽汁滯留的可能。

懷孕了還在哺乳會不會影響胎兒？其實懷孕後還是可以繼續哺乳。哺乳時寶寶吸吮乳頭時，會使子宮有收縮情形，但國健署說，一般這樣的狀況並不會危害到此次的懷孕。如果寶寶吸吮時，媽媽覺得有宮縮疼痛情形，建議媽媽稍休息一下，再讓寶寶吃母乳，必須要注意的是，如果情況未改善，則可能不宜持續哺乳。

國健署孕產婦關懷諮詢專線目前設有4線線上諮詢，服務時間為每周一至周五上午8點至下午6點，提供國語、台語、越南語及印尼語電話諮詢服務，即使是在服務時間以外來電，亦可透過語音留下問題，專業人員會主動致電回復及解答。
