要活就要動！台中一名工程師在電腦前一坐就是半天，近日發現他只要稍微動一動就會感覺呼吸喘，情況越來越嚴重，就醫檢查發現肺動脈竟有血栓塞住，醫師提醒，若不立即處理，恐怕會猝死的危險。

50歲張姓工程師長時間坐在電腦前工作，動輒4、5個小時，到胸腔科檢查並無異常，但喘不過氣情形卻越來越嚴重，改掛心臟內科門診，檢查後發現肺動脈竟有血栓塞住，亞洲大學附屬醫院心臟內科主治醫師許楹奇說，張先生本身患有慢性腎功能不全的狀況，經問診得知張男經常在電腦前久坐達數小時，透過心電圖與胸部電腦斷層檢查，發現張男肺動脈有個大血栓。

張男經收治住院，採用抗凝血藥物溶解血栓治療1星期後，症狀明顯改善，成功出院。

許楹奇醫師指出，肺動脈栓塞是肺動脈血管被來自下肢深部靜脈的栓子塞住，可能會引發活動性呼吸急促、呼吸困難或胸痛、水腫，乘坐長程飛機、火車或臥床病患、長期操作電腦者因下肢血液循環不良；易引發肺動脈栓塞，若沒及時處理將有猝死危險。

醫生建議，民眾若有呼吸喘等症狀時應儘速就醫，且肺栓塞患者因須長期接受抗凝血藥物治療，平時應避免跌倒、拔牙等出血情況。
